With 19 years of experience in sales leadership across the HVAC and plumbing wholesale industries, Searcy brings a wealth of knowledge, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of building strong, profitable partnerships.
Searcy will drive the expansion of Petra’s appliance accessories division, driving strategic growth initiatives and identifying new business opportunities. He will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing partners while actively developing new channels to support growing Petra’s customer base.
Under his leadership, Petra will strengthen its market position with an extensive appliance accessory and installation products catalog—including the Certified Appliance Accessories® line, for which Petra is the exclusive wholesale distributor.
Known for his solution-based selling approach, Searcy focuses on building relationships that align with the evolving needs of retailers and installers.
