Morgan joined Petra as a buyer 19 years ago and was promoted through the ranks and most recently served as Executive Vice President responsible for Petra’s Sales, Merchandising and Marketing departments. In his position as Executive Vice President, Morgan was instrumental in positioning Petra to become the national leader in consumer electronics accessory distribution. In his new post, Morgan will oversee all of Petra’s management, financial and operational responsibilities. “Tate has been heavily involved of all areas of Petra’s business over the last 19 years and has been an integral part in Petra’s growth and success,” said Bill Stewart, CEO and Founder of Petra Industries. “Tate’s extensive knowledge of the company as well as the CE industry as a whole combined with his proven leadership skills have earned him a high level of respect among all of his Petra peers and the industry alike, which will make for a very smooth transition in his new role as President.
