Judged by a panel of marketing professionals, Petra’s 2009 website overhaul won the award in the Single Marketing Tactic category based on strategy, tactics, use of budget and tangible, measurable results. Petra’s submission for the competition showcased its feature-rich website project that resulted in major cosmetic redesign as well as a complete overall of the end-user functionality, providing a more customer-centric experience with new and improved features and streamlined content for Petra’s existing or prospective customers. Features such as the online catalogs, online customer applications and the Petra Pulse and 5-in-5 video segments are some of the many enhancements to the Petra.com website. “We have an amazing team who does amazing work,” said Jenny Herzberger, Marketing Director for Petra Industries. “Our web sales grew phenomenally after the launch, and continue to rise.
