EDMOND, Okla. — Petra Industries, the consumer technology authority and wholesale electronics distributor, is proud to announce the hiring of Anna Cramer and Krystal Kaye to fill two key positions in the company’s Human Resources department.
Anna Cramer joins Petra as Director of Human Resources. She has spent the last 8 years in various human resources positions at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. As Petra’s Director of Human Resources, she will be responsible for the company’s 200+ employees as well as developing, implementing, and managing strategic HR policies. This also includes organizational development, employment policies and programs, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Krystal Kaye comes to Petra as the company’s Human Resources Generalist. Her background as a not-for-profit administrator for the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition along with her passion for people is why she’s transitioning into human resources. As Generalist, she will handle day-to-day requests, coordinate events, and oversee a variety of other responsibilities such as payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. She is also studying to take the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification exam.
“We are excited to welcome Anna and Krystal to Petra,” said Tate Morgan, Petra President. “These past couple of years have been challenging to businesses on multiple levels, but especially when it comes to human resource management. We know a strong and caring HR department is vital to a company’s success because its creative policies help create a healthy, happy, and productive workplace. We can’t wait to see the new initiatives they bring to Petra.”
